Personal information you disclose to us
**In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:
names
phone numbers
email addresses
message content you send through a contact form
the subject and enquiry department you choose on our contact form
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Information automatically collected
**In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
The information we collect includes:
- Log and Usage Data. Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and which we record in log files. Depending on how you interact with us, this log data may include your IP address, device information, browser type, and settings and information about your activity in the Services (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches, and other actions you take such as which features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called 'crash dumps'), and hardware settings).
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
**In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We process the personal information for the following purposes listed below. We may also process your information for other purposes only with your prior explicit consent.
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user. We may process your information to provide you with the requested service. (Retention period: A message sent through a contact form on a published page is kept only in order to deliver it to the site owner. It is encrypted from the moment you send it until it reaches them, and deleted within 30 days. The lasting copy is the email in the site owner's own mailbox, which we do not control.)
To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users. We may process your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the requested service. (Retention period: A message you send us through the contact form on our own website is kept only in order to deliver it to us, encrypted, and deleted within 30 days. Our own copy then sits in our mailbox, where we keep it for up to 24 months so that we can answer you and keep a record of the exchange.)
To protect our Services. We may process your information as part of our efforts to keep our Services safe and secure, including fraud monitoring and prevention. (Retention period: Technical records used for our spam and abuse checks are kept for 90 days. They hold no message content.)
To identify usage trends. We may process information about how you use our Services to better understand how they are being used so we can improve them. (Retention period: Analytics records do not store your IP address and are kept only as long as needed for statistics.)
To save or protect an individual's vital interest. We may process your information when necessary to save or protect an individual’s vital interest, such as to prevent harm.
To provide analytics to the site owner. We give the site owner cookieless page and section view statistics for the page you visited, kept for 24 months.
3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
**In Short: We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason (i.e. legal basis) to do so under applicable law, like with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services to enter into or fulfil our contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to fulfil our legitimate business interests.
If you are located in the EU or UK, this section applies to you.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on in order to process your personal information. As such, we may rely on the following legal bases to process your personal information:
Consent. We may process your information if you have given us permission (i.e. consent) to use your personal information for a specific purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Learn more about withdrawing your consent.
Performance of a Contract. We may process your personal information when we believe it is necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations to you, including providing our Services or at your request prior to entering into a contract with you.
Legitimate Interests. We may process your information when we believe it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests and those interests do not outweigh your interests and fundamental rights and freedoms. For example, we may process your personal information for some of the purposes described in order to:
Analyse how our Services are used so we can improve them to engage and retain users
Diagnose problems and/or prevent fraudulent activities
Let the site owner understand how their page is used and improve it
Legal Obligations. We may process your information where we believe it is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations, such as to cooperate with a law enforcement body or regulatory agency, exercise or defend our legal rights, or disclose your information as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.
Vital Interests. We may process your information where we believe it is necessary to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of a third party, such as situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person.
If you are located in Canada, this section applies to you.
We may process your information if you have given us specific permission (i.e. express consent) to use your personal information for a specific purpose, or in situations where your permission can be inferred (i.e. implied consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
In some exceptional cases, we may be legally permitted under applicable law to process your information without your consent, including, for example:
If collection is clearly in the interests of an individual and consent cannot be obtained in a timely way
For investigations and fraud detection and prevention
For business transactions provided certain conditions are met
If it is contained in a witness statement and the collection is necessary to assess, process, or settle an insurance claim
For identifying injured, ill, or deceased persons and communicating with next of kin
If we have reasonable grounds to believe an individual has been, is, or may be victim of financial abuse
If it is reasonable to expect collection and use with consent would compromise the availability or the accuracy of the information and the collection is reasonable for purposes related to investigating a breach of an agreement or a contravention of the laws of Canada or a province
If disclosure is required to comply with a subpoena, warrant, court order, or rules of the court relating to the production of records
If it was produced by an individual in the course of their employment, business, or profession and the collection is consistent with the purposes for which the information was produced
If the collection is solely for journalistic, artistic, or literary purposes
If the information is publicly available and is specified by the regulations
We may disclose de-identified information where the law allows it
4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
**In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following third parties.
Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents ('third parties') who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. We have contracts in place with our third parties, which are designed to help safeguard your personal information. This means that they cannot do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do it. They also commit to protect the data they hold on our behalf and to retain it for the period we instruct.
The third parties we may share personal information with are as follows:
- Website Hosting

We also may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

5. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?
**In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.
Our servers are located in Spain and Slovenia. Regardless of your location, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored by, and processed by us in our facilities and in the facilities of the third parties with whom we may share your personal information (see 'WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?' above), including facilities in Slovenia, and other countries.
If you are a resident in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, then these countries may not necessarily have data protection laws or other similar laws as comprehensive as those in your country. However, we will take all necessary measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law.
6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
**In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). If you are located in the EU or UK, see section 'HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?' for our retention periods by purpose.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
**In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organisational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
**In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18 or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction, please contact us at https://www.kea.page/contact/.
9. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
**In Short: Depending on your state of residence in the US or in some regions, such as the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland, and Canada, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information. You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time, depending on your country, province, or state of residence.
In some regions (like the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure; (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information; (iv) if applicable, to data portability; and (v) not to be subject to automated decision-making. If a decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects is made solely by automated means, we will inform you, explain the main factors, and offer a simple way to request human review. In certain circumstances, you may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information. You can make such a request by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section 'HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?' below.
We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
If you are located in the EEA or UK and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your Member State data protection authority or UK data protection authority.
If you are located in Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section 'HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?' below.
However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, you may use our contact form at https://www.kea.page/contact/.
10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
**Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. Even so, our visit statistics honour the Do Not Track setting: when your browser sends it, nothing is recorded. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. As set out above, we honour them: when your browser sends the signal, nothing is recorded.
11. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

You may also have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law. 12. SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, AND OUR ROLE
**This privacy policy applies to https://www.kea.page, our own website, and to every page published at kea.page/[name] by a KEA.Page customer. Together we call these the Services. Where we refer to a Published Page, we mean a page at kea.page/[name] that has been created and published by a customer. What we collect, and who is responsible for it, differs between our own website and a Published Page. The sections below say which applies where. Our role is not the same on both. On our own website, and for the visit statistics we collect and use for our own purposes, we are the data controller: we decide why and how that information is used. For a message you send through a contact form on a Published Page, we act as a data processor on the site owner's instructions: the site owner is the controller and decides why the message is collected and how long it is kept. This is not a joint-controller arrangement. Where a section of this policy applies to only one of these roles, it says so. Our legal bases are as follows. When you send us a message through the contact form on our own website, we rely on your consent, given by ticking the consent box on that form; you may withdraw it at any time. We rely on our legitimate interests for our visit statistics, and for the spam and abuse checks that protect the Services. For a message sent through a contact form on a Published Page, the site owner's legal basis applies rather than ours. The section above on business transfers should be read with this split in mind. If our business, or part of it, is ever sold or transferred, the information we hold as controller moves with it. A message you sent through a contact form on a Published Page is not ours to sell: it belongs to that site owner, and it would move only as part of their hosting continuing with the new operator, on the same terms. You do not need an account to use the Services, and there is no account for you to create, review or close. Where this policy refers to accounts, that language does not apply to visitors.
13. SITES PUBLISHED ON KEA.PAGE
**Every Published Page is published by an independent business or person, the site owner. The content of that page belongs to them, not to us. If you send a message through a contact form on a Published Page, we handle it as the site owner's processor. The message is delivered to them, and what happens to it after that is theirs to decide. We keep our own copy only in order to deliver it, and delete it within 30 days. To see, correct or delete a message you have sent, contact the site owner. You may also contact us: we will pass your request on to them and help them answer it. When you send a message through a contact form, it is never stored in readable form. It is encrypted the moment it arrives, before it is written anywhere, and held in a queue operated by Bunny at the edge of their network only long enough to reach our own servers — normally a few minutes — after which it is erased there. The key that opens it is held in a protected key store, separate from the stored messages. We deliver Published Pages through Bunny (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia). If the site owner has chosen a custom typeface, the page also loads that typeface from fonts.bunny.net, which is operated by the same company. Contact forms are protected against automated abuse by our own checks, served from our own domain; we do not use reCAPTCHA or any other third-party captcha service. To make those checks we process technical details of your request, including a shortened form of your IP address, an identifier derived from it, and your browser identification. These checks do not keep your full IP address. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. We keep these records for 90 days. Links to social networks on a Published Page are ordinary links: nothing is requested from those networks unless you click one. We run no advertising, and no advertising or tracking technology of any other company runs on a Published Page. Two features a site owner may choose to add are the exception, because they load software from other companies: a map, described below, and a token swap or price chart, described in the section after this one. Both are named and explained rather than hidden, and you can see for yourself which of them a page uses. If a Published Page shows an address, it may offer a map. The map is not loaded when the page opens, and nothing is requested from OpenStreetMap until you choose to open it. If you do open it, your browser connects to openstreetmap.org, which will receive your IP address and browser details, as any website you visit does. We send no referrer with that request. OpenStreetMap is run by the OpenStreetMap Foundation, a non-profit in the United Kingdom, and decides for itself what it does with what it receives. If a site owner closes their account, their page goes offline straight away. What is held for that page — including any message you sent through its contact form, and the visit statistics for it — is kept for 30 days, so that the account can be restored if it was closed by mistake, and is then erased. Images already delivered may stay reachable by direct link for up to 24 hours afterwards, while the caches clear. A Published Page stores your theme preference in your browser's local storage, so the page looks the same the next time you visit. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is not used to identify you. No cookies are set.
14. PAGES THAT INCLUDE A TOKEN SWAP OR A PRICE CHART
**Some Published Pages include a cryptocurrency token swap, a live price chart, or both. These are features a site owner chooses to add, and most pages do not have them. You can tell whether a page uses them by whether it shows a price, a chart or a swap panel. Where a page includes them, your browser connects to companies that are not us, and it does so as soon as the page opens rather than waiting for you to interact: Jupiter (jup.ag) provides the swap. The page loads Jupiter's software and asks Jupiter's price service for current prices while the page is open. Birdeye (birdeye.so) provides the price chart, which is displayed in a frame served from their website. Each of them receives your IP address and browser details, as any website you visit does, and each decides for itself what it does with what it receives. They are not acting on our instructions, we hold no agreement with them covering your data, and we do not control or monitor what they collect. Their own privacy policies apply to what they do. If you connect a cryptocurrency wallet or carry out a swap, that happens between you, your wallet and Jupiter. We are not a party to it, we do not hold or move your funds, we never see your wallet keys or recovery phrase, and we cannot reverse, cancel or refund a transaction. We take no fee, commission or spread from a swap, and nothing about a swap is reported back to us: we do not know that one happened, what was swapped, or how much. Nothing on this page is investment advice, and we neither endorse nor verify any token shown on a Published Page.
15. HOW WE MEASURE VISITS
**We measure page and section views using our own analytics software, running on our own servers, both on our own website and on Published Pages. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. A visit is identified by a hash calculated from technical details of your request, and we do not store the address itself. What we record for a visit is: the page and section viewed, the site that referred you, your browser, operating system, device type, screen size and language, how quickly the page loaded, and an approximate location. That location is worked out from your connection, not from your device: we never ask your browser for your position and never read your device's location. It is accurate to roughly a town or city, and we do not keep the IP address it was derived from. Because analytics holds no name or contact details, we cannot find you there, and so we cannot retrieve, correct or delete analytics records on request. If you ask us to, we will tell you this rather than guess which records might be yours. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we record nothing at all for your visit. We do not use analytics to build a profile of you, and we do not sell or share personal information. For a Published Page, we use these statistics to run and improve the Services, and we also make the statistics for that page available to its site owner. The site owner receives them as an independent controller, and decides for itself what it does with them.
16. HOW WE RESPOND TO DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS
**The section on Do-Not-Track features above sets out the general position that no agreed industry standard for DNT signals exists. Even so, our own analytics honours the signal: if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, our analytics records nothing at all for your visit, on our own website and on Published Pages alike. We do not currently respond to Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals, which are a separate mechanism from Do Not Track.
